TEK® Soy oligopeptides is derived from soybean protein isolate (SPI) by hydrolysis, separation and some other processes. It is a mixture of low molecular weight (200-800 Dalton) peptides composed of 2-6 amino acids. Soy oligopeptides can be completely dissolved in water, and has balanced amino acid content.  It is able to be absorbed more easily than intact protein or free amino acid by human body. As a natural health food (medicine) ingredient, not only their high nutritional value, but also their biological activities such as antioxidant activity , ACE inhibitory activity, immmunolorregulation effect,
